I am an extremely determined, disciplined and courageous individual & I can’t wait to start my career with Future Fit!

My health journey started in my early twenties when I was morbidly obese & was deeply unhappy with myself; I made a commitment to myself to change the narrative & to start living a healthier lifestyle.
I joined an outdoor military boot camp, not knowing what to expect and was pushed and challenged in so many ways. There was blood, sweat & so many tears, but I persevered & continued training with various PTs over the years & eventually became confident enough to train by myself. It became my new way of life & I learnt to trust the process and enjoy the journey! I continued on my health and fitness journey & have now lost 11 stone.
I decided to pursue a career in Nutrition as I genuinely believe that this is my life’s purpose – to teach people that food is not the enemy when it comes to weight/fat loss & to show that it is possible to make healthier choices as I have been on the other end & I can truly relate to people on a deeper level.
I’ve not really made a drastic career change, so I’m diving in head first, but I’m excited to hopefully help others with their fitness journeys!
The decision-making process was a no-brainer for me, reviews and career prospects are great, and the support is there if you need it! I am currently studying Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management and will then progress on to Level 4 RSPH and Level 5 Nutrition Metabolism. I enjoy the flexibility that I can train in my own time, the ease of navigating the modules, the up-to-date information and the access to the portal.
I have been most proud of my consistency throughout my journey. I remained disciplined to my goals when motivation dips, I continue to keep going and stay focused!
