I help women overcome binge-eating.
I have changed the lives of over 50 people in only one year.
I’ve been through it all myself, so can relate to whatever issue you may be facing with a level head and a clear perspective.
Never compare yourself to anyone else. You are selling yourself, so focus on your own strengths and the things you are most passionate about.

As a kid, I was never into fitness or exercise; I hated P.E.
As I got older, I went through a traumatic experience that caused depression – and from that depression, I found my love for exercise. After a bumpy journey of mistakes and health issues, I studied an online weight loss and nutrition course that changed my life. Since then, I have worked every hour of the day (around my job as a research engineer) to build my business and become self-employed full-time.
I chose to work with Future Fit as I was intrigued by the course material and loved that I could study in my spare time, balancing it around work. Through Future Fit I have studied my Level 4 weight loss and nutrition course and am working through my Level 5 nutrition course.
The knowledge in this course has honestly made me view food and exercise differently and really helped me realise how many “bad” diets are out there and how simple it can actually be to become a healthier version of yourself.
My biggest personal achievement is overcoming binge eating, regaining a healthy weight and finally getting a regular period back from eating the foods my body needs. My biggest professional achievement is helping over 50 people to overcome eating issues, have clearer mental states and be happy in their own bodies.
My favourite thing to cook is stir fry – it’s super simple and quick but can be loaded with so many nutrients and flavours!
Imposter syndrome is a huge thing. It’s taken me a long time to actually believe that I am good at what I do and can help a lot of people.
Never compare yourself to anyone else. You are selling yourself, so focus on your own strengths and the things you are most passionate about.
Reach out to like-minded people. I’ve made so many friends through social media that are coaches like myself that I would never have dreamed of making friends with. Becoming a coach can be a lonely thing at times, so having like-minded friends can make a huge difference.
I’m proud of becoming a Future Fit student during lockdown and turning a horrible period of time into the best year of my life.
I would love to go to Finland and stay in a log cabin that overlooks the Northern Lights!
