I’m Natalie, and I am currently a Bootcamp instructor and studying Level 3 PT.
What makes me stand out from others is that I am nonstop. I am Cabin Crew for an international airline, I have three children and work as a military boot camp instructor and conditioning class instructor.
I was at rock bottom, divorced, penniless and lonely. I am now nearly 40 and just really getting into the depths of what I love doing. I travel the world and film online content about exercise that people can do in their breaks or in hotel gyms when stuck in a rut for ideas. I am a true believer that it’s never too late to get started and try to be successful.

I have always been into fitness; I asked for my first gym membership at 16, which at the time was quite rare. At 24, I joined the police. I was in a very male-dominated world and started training and lifting with the guys, putting together circuits for them before our shifts. It showed me that they were interested in my way of training and inspired me that I could train groups, even groups. They were a bit intimidating! I then had the opportunity years later to become a coach at a boot camp, and I ran with it!
I researched a few companies before deciding that Future Fit was a good training company for me. I have completed Level 2 and am nearly at my assessment for Level 3. I have been surprised by how much I learn from the input of others, perhaps half my age, at workshops! They have given me such great insight and new ideas! I love meeting these people at workshops!
I am proud that I have overcome the fear of failure. I was frightened my classes wouldn’t be enjoyed, that my videos would be laughed at etc., but I have learnt I am good at what I do, and apparently, my style has inspired normal people.
Italian. I love the Mediterranean ethos of taking your time to eat with family.

It’s a diverse range of people learning together who pull together, particularly at workshops.
I have been to lots of places but I’m desperate to do the Inca Trail in Peru or trek Mont Blanc.
