In January 2021, I weighed in at 24 stone, heavily depressed and physically inept and decided it was time to make a change. Fast forward to February 2023, and I currently weigh in at 14 stone, mentally strong and physically able. Having found a passion and a love for fitness and looking after myself, I look to transfer this to others through personal training sessions!
Training with FFT was made easy with constant access to tutors to answer all the daft questions I had with no judgement. Easy-to-use online courses and quality in-person tutors for the workshops!
Losing ten stone is by far my biggest achievement so far.
Well, at the moment, my diet is pretty bland, but my favourite meal of the day is my chicken and rice pot that I’ve eaten every day for the past two years!

Being able to say I’ve trained with FFT is always a positive, as with their help I can proudly say I am a Level 3 PT.
