Simply, growing up I was overweight and had no confidence. I found kickboxing, lost weight, gained confidence, and found my love of fitness.
I’m able to work in my own time, in and around daily life and the course material is easy to follow. I’ve done Level 2 Gym, Level 3 PT and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise.
Simply, qualification. Something I honestly never thought I would achieve.
