I am a mum of two beautiful children. I started to be interested in fitness after I broke up with my partner, and my confidence was very low. I felt broken and needed something to lift me up. I fell in love with fitness the day I went to the gym for the first time. Took a while until I learned what I was doing in the gym, but the more time I dedicated to it, the more I learned. I loved how it made me feel, and I started loving myself again. This was the best thing I have ever done. I love the feeling of being a strong woman and will do anything to help all women like me to get their confidence back and feel amazing. Fitness is more than just beautiful bodies; fitness is power, strength, confidence and health.
Listen to your instincts, and definitely don’t compare your story to anyone else’s. Every one of us has got a different journey in life. Go for it, learn from someone more experienced than you, follow them on social media and compete with them.

I was always a sports person, but I couldn’t find my way back to it after I finished school. The teenage age was about smoking and drinking, but after my firstborn child (that happened when I was only 23 years old ), I started feeling alone. Always the same routine at home and with my baby, plus all my friends were still having fun partying. So I started to learn about healthy cooking, and nutrition was just something I found very interesting. When my partner and I split up, I decided I would prove to myself I don’t need anyone to keep me going but myself. And that’s when I fell in love with fitness. After years of training and learning, after two years of being a single mum, my ex fell in love with me all over again. We got back together, had another baby, and our relationship is stronger than ever. I believe it is because of fitness. Fitness taught me how to be independent, and I want to help others understand it as well as I did back in the day.
I love Future Fit. I love the practical part of it more, but the theory is made to be a very interesting part of studying as well. If I had a chance to choose again, I would definitely go with Future Fit.
Every part of my fitness journey I’m proud of. From my first days in the gym to my last days. From days when I thought I’m going to give up to the day I realised I couldn’t live without it. It’s hard to stay consistent. With all situations life brings at us, it’s very easy to give up on it. You have to work hard to be successful in life, and fitness is definitely the first step for me to get there.
I am a mum of two, so I have to prepare quick and healthy meals pretty much every day. So far, my favourite ones are protein pancakes with blueberries for breakfast (my kids love it ) and chicken with sweet potatoes for lunch.
Absolutely go for it.

I’m am proud because Future Fit is one big family and I am happy to be part of it.
Bali is my dream destination. And Argentina.
