I spent years just bobbing along, drinking and partying with my friends but there became a point where I was doing it out of habit and it wasn’t fun anymore. I got myself to the gym. This gave me the confidence to go back into education. When I qualify I want to enable people to become their best.
The decision was hard, but after showing the programme to a tutor at college, I decided on Future Fit. I studied the L4 in nutrition. I really appreciate how they include psychology and sociology in the course, as they play a huge role in our diet.
