Get to know me

I have three small children and went through a rehab journey after three back-to-back pregnancies, which made me full of gratitude for my body, what it can do and how it can heal.

My focus with my PT clients is on improving functionality for daily life- getting stronger, improving balance, stamina, and posture, improving back pain, rebuilding the core after childbirth and combating menopause symptoms through exercise and nutrition.

I love helping my clients rediscover their energy and confidence and feel strong and able in their bodies. My PT clients tell me they appreciate my focus on what their body can do and how it feels rather than just the number on the scale.

My advice would be to go for it, be brave and follow your dreams. That said, don’t underestimate the amount of admin and background work needed to set up independently. Market research, account keeping, website building, marketing, managing enquiries etc. That side took a lot of my time in the first six months. But you can do it!
