How is the Level 4 nutrition course recognised?
When you complete this course you will gain an Ofqual-recognised level 4 qualification, which is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health. This course is also certified by the Association for Nutrition (AfN) at Level 4 of the Health and Social Care Framework.
Are your qualifications internationally recognised?
Yes! Our Level 3 Personal Trainer Course and Level 4 Elite Personal Trainer Course qualifications are recognised by employers internationally and students can also work abroad with EREPs recognition. ICREPs is a partnership between the various registration bodies which means qualifications gained in those countries are transferable and recognised: UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UAE, Canada.
How long does it take to complete a personal trainer course?
Answering how long it takes to become a personal trainer is difficult because every student is different. Some students are able to study full time, some can commit 16 hours per week others only 6-8 hours part-time. You may want to mix intensive periods of study with rest periods to fit around work and family commitments. Also, you may be happy to attend courses in any location, giving you a greater choice of courses dates, while others may not. This is why we like to spend time designing your training plan with you before you enrol with us so that it fits around your commitments and the time you can dedicate to study.
Do you provide personal training courses near me?
We provide personal training courses in over 40 venues across England, Scotland and Wales, including venues in London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Oxford and Portsmouth. With such a wide range of personal training locations in the UK, we offer more practical courses and training dates than any other provider, giving you more choice and flexibility. We have also added 12 new venues in areas our students were asking for the most. Can I complete the Level 3 Personal Trainer Course in 6 weeks?
No. We do not offer short courses. Our graduates are recognised as being the best in the industry because we prepare students to do more than just pass a qualification. However, students can also set their own training hours and they will be qualified to work in the industry as soon as they successfully pass each module/assessment:
- For the Level 2 Gym Instructor Course, students normally take three months, including home study and practical elements.
- For the Level 3 Personal Trainer Course, most students take up to 6 months to fully qualify and then they are ready to charge £30/hour.
- We will continue to upskill them for another 6 months. This course also includes home study and practical weekends to attend.
Does Future Fit Training offer guaranteed interviews once I qualify?
We offer both 'guaranteed interviews' and, uniquely to Future Fit, employer partner opportunities. Please contact us directly in the support team and we can setup a guaranteed interview with one of our employer partners who offer this scheme. In addition, to give learners more, we build the Job Board to connect our Learners and Graduates with our amazing Employer Partners in the industry. We are passionate about helping our alumni reach their goals and have long and successful careers, which is why we have created an area that features the newest jobs in the industry, uploaded by the UK’s leading Health & Fitness clubs.
What kind of support is available to me?
To ensure you always feel supported, our extensive Tutor Support team is on hand by phone, email and social media to answer any questions. In terms of resources, you will be offered the following:
- - Flexible e-learning (which includes text, images, animation, audio and video)
  - A list of recommended readings that will be a core part of your learning
  - A dedicated Tutor (who you are going to meet in person)
  - Access to our Student Zone where you find, among other resources, a section dedicated to equipment packs.
