Sport has been a part of my life as long as I can remember and my success has been largely due to the coaching and professional guidance I was given. This inspired me to take the next step to qualify as a PT.
Having retired from professional rugby in 2022, Don Armand is studying Life Coaching to take his passion for understanding the mind and improving mental wellbeing forward into his new career.
Najah Hatahet is a devoted mother of three who found solace in weight training post-accident, seeking physical and mental empowerment. She is now studying Level 3 Personal Training to kick-start her new career.
As an actor, a central part of Eva's life is the conscientious care of her body and mind. With nutrition and fitness playing pivotal roles that impact her work and creative imagination, she decided to study Level 3 Personal Training with Future Fit, to further her knowledge and to share her passion with others.

Dayana Wang is a Personal Trainer focusing on changing stigmas around women's health and fitness.
Meg Rowland is a personal trainer and online coach who wants to teach women that fitness is more than a number on a scale; educating and supporting them in their nutrition, health and fitness goals.
After qualifying with Future Fit I was able to set up my own studio and started my own coaching business, ReActive Coaching, which I hope to expand in the future.
As a military veteran and seasoned personal trainer, Dan recognised that the fitness industry has developed a lot over the years. In order to offer his clients the best possible product and service, he chose to study Level 5 Elite PT and RSPH Nutrition with Future Fit to update his knowledge to the highest industry standards.

As a national award winning Personal Trainer, Katie has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Katie decided to study Level 5 Life Coaching to expand her knowledge and be able to positively impact the lives of even more people; helping them create meaningful change.
Having represented Great Britain in two different sports, Victoria wants to continue to pursue her love for fitness and wellbeing by supporting people along their journeys to reach their potential
