Lora Fachie MBE: My Story

Meet Lora Fachie

“My story has taught me that it is okay to fail, but it is not okay to give up.”

Paralympic champion Lora Fachie MBE reflects back on her life; from living with a hereditary eye condition to winning gold at the Rio Paralympics and her reasons behind choosing to study a Nutrition Diploma with Future Fit Training.

Like many of her Paralympic teammates, Lora has overcome many hurdles. Having lived with a severe visual impairment from an early age, Lora was determined to exploit her natural talent on the bike. After years of training and hard work, she bought home gold for Paralympics GB.

Inspired by Lora’s story? Don’t give up on a dream career in Nutrition. Start your journey today.
