The ‘It’s All About You’ category is an award dedicated to our staff, whether they work in the Future Fit head office or remotely, training and supporting our students. We cannot emphasise enough the importance of our staff in making Future Fit a success – we really couldn’t do this without them. The support that they provide our students from the start of their journey, right through their training and getting them to the endpoint is unprecedented and so we want to build a culture that is driven by the positivity of our staff.
