“On the 12th Day of Christmas
Mark Laws Gave to Me,
A 12 Minute Plank,
And a-hundred-and-fifty burpeeeeees”
(Well, not really, that would be a bit mean and Grinch-esque over Christmas!)
We are excited to announce that, in collaboration with our PT Master Trainer Mark Laws, we will be running a 12 Days of Christmas festive workout competition to keep you moving and active over the Christmas break!
Starting on Christmas Jumper Day (11th of December), Mark will be demonstrating a series of 12 minutes exercises for you to follow along with at home. As it’s Christmas Jumper Day, we have asked Mark to demonstrate the workouts in a series of silly Christmas jumpers and outfits. We have also set up a donation textcode for anyone at home who wants to get involved with Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser.
Not only will you be able to follow along with the challenge, but, as a Christmas treat to you all, we are offering the chance for one lucky person to win a unique opportunity for a one-on-one call with Mark to discuss any personal training related topics you like! Be that growing your business, how to network, or even how to diversify your training – get in gear for 2021 with unique expert advice!
NOT ONLY THAT, but you’ll also win a Future Fit merch kit with some festive goodies inside to start your new year off on a great note. There will be only one winner, and this is open to anyone who wants this exciting and rare opportunity to learn from the best and kickstart their career growth.

This post will cover:
How to keep up with Mark Laws’ 12 Days of Christmas workouts
How to donate to Christmas Jumper Day (including the legal bits)
Keeping up with Mark’s workouts is as simple as dashing through the snow in a one-horse open sleigh.
Simply follow @futurefittraining on Instagram where the workouts will be posted everyday from the 11th to the 22nd December. There will be a range of workout options available, meaning it’s suitable for all fitness levels to join in the fun. Clear some space, put on some festive music (Christmas outfit optional) and follow along with Mark’s demonstrations. The workouts are only 12 minutes long, meaning you can fit them nicely around your Christmas plans, and will be available to do at your own pace. Whether you do all 12 days, or just a few, this is a great way to get involved and stay active over Christmas.
Christmas is a time for giving, and we want to do just that!
To win the grand prize of a one-on-one networking call with Mark, along with our goodie bag, simply post a picture of yourself to your Instagram story after your 12-Days-of-Christmas workout with hashtag #futurefitchallenge – you will need to make sure you tag @futurefittraining in your entry. Once you have posted your sweaty selfie, you will be entered into the prize draw. For every day you post a selfie, you get 1 entry into the competition. If you take part every day and post your pictures with the relevant tags, you will have 12 entries.
We will announce the winner in January, so keep an eye out on our Instagram for updates!
If you want to get involved without entering the competition, you can still post your 12 days of Christmas workout selfie and tag @futurefittraining for us to share across our platform (just leave off the hashtag!)
You must have added both the hashtag and tag us to be entered into the competition. Read our full terms and conditions later on in the post.
Alongside this challenge, we are also using this opportunity to raise awareness for Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser. Every year on the 11th of December, people all over the country help raise money for Save the Children by wearing their best and silliest Christmas jumpers, participating in fun activities, and coming together for a good cause.
We wanted to get in on the fun, so Mark has agreed to wear his Christmas outfits for the whole of the 12 days to help raise awareness. If you wish to get involved and help raise money to give children all over the world a better start in life (be that for food vouchers, first aid, or simply hand sanitizer to help protect against the pandemic) you can donate by texting the code TEAMMARKLAWS to 70050. By texting this code, you will be donating £2 to Save the Children. The code can be used until January and will be visible on our Instagram posts, so if you can’t do Christmas Jumper Day, you can still donate and treat yourself to a Christmas Jumper week another time.*
*Text TEAMMARKLAWS to 70050 to donate £2 to Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. You’ll be billed £2 plus standard rate text message. We receive 100% of your donation. By texting TEAMMARKLAWS you agree to calls about fundraising appeals, campaigns, events and other ways to support. Include NO PHONE to opt out of calls. Queries? 02070126400.
