Jeni has a BSc (Hons) in Exercise, Nutrition and Health from Roehampton University, and graduated in 2008.
Having been involved in the exercise and fitness world for over 25 years, with the last 15 of these years spent in education, it’s fair to say that Jeni has seen a lot of changes within the world of nutrition over the years.
From the fad diets hitting the market to the latest research on how nutrients and supplements can optimise sports performance, nutrition is still seen to be at the forefront when setting any individual goals.
For Jeni, nutrition is more than just the food we put into our mouths.
Yes, it can provide our bodies with the nutrients and energy to function daily, but it can also have a profound effect on our minds and how we view the world, along with aiding the body as it changes and adapts throughout its life cycle.
