"I study with Future Fit because the courses are flexible and suit my lifestyle as a busy mum/wife juggling home, kids and my business."
“I’m Ravneet (Neet Nutrition) and I am an intuitive eating Nutrition Coach specialising in supporting women ditch diets, find food freedom and body acceptance.
I’m a married mother of 2 and I embarked on my own nutrition journey after experiencing body image issues, weight loss struggles and mental health challenges after the birth of both my sons. It was a treacherous time for me, living in the South Asian community who pride looks, body size and possession above mental wellbeing. I started my healing aged 38 and now here I am, just turned 40 supporting numerous women to heal their food relationships too.
I am using my personal experience, alongside my Future Fit Level 4 Nutrition and Weight Management diploma to overturn diet culture and sort nutritional facts from fiction. Together we can put an end to the oppression of food thoughts, tainted food relationships and rock bottom self-esteem.
Using my combined knowledge of food psychology and nutrition I promote health at every size – helping you love yourself first and foremost so that you can pose for pictures rather than always being the one taking them. It’s time for you to embrace how incredible you already are.”

My personal journey with body image issues, postpartum weight loss and mass confusion over what was and wasn’t going to work! I was driven to ‘cut the crap’ so women could stop damaging their health through serial diets that are not scientifically proven to work!
Oh my – these are tough questions. Pheobe from Friends with a slice of Monica. Haha!
I was recommended Future Fit Training through a friend and on exploring the courses, the possibility to speak to an advisor and have my questions answered. They surpass the other providers I stumbled upon because you become accredited, plus have the legal qualification to provide meal plans.

One that fits my life…yoga is my current absolute fave but I do LOVE weight training especially as a woman.
I was terrified, I guess I had university flashbacks. This idea that I would have to invest so much time and if I would make the deadlines. I worried about finding the time to do the reading and it ALL worked out due to the way the course is delivered online accessible via my phone.
That’s a tough one! Yikes. Punjabi food; parantha OR Italian food.
Giving people self-awareness so they can embark on their own self-fulfilment journey with their eyes wide open.
Self-acceptance, optimism and the most liberating of all knowing that nothing is fixed or permanent when it comes to body weight/fat. Everyone is able to make that change when they’re ready. Self-compassion and flexibility – I learnt that through my fitness journey.
