Lucy Spraggan is a singer songwriter whose sixth album Choices reached number five in the Official UK Charts. Touring internationally across America and Europe, she has built a career defined by honesty, creativity and connection. Two years ago she made the decision to stop drinking, a change that transformed her mental health and opened the door to a new passion for fitness. Running became a daily anchor in her life, helping her find clarity and energy both on and off the stage.
Now undertaking her Level 3 Personal Training course with Future Fit Training, Lucy continues to deepen her understanding of physical and mental wellbeing. Fitness has become a core part of her lifestyle, bringing structure, community and confidence. With plans to open gyms across the United Kingdom, she is determined to help others experience the same transformation that reshaped her own life.
