I chose Future Fit to study with because I’ve studied with them in the past and had a great experience. The courses were really user friendly and provided brilliant levels of depth and practical application. I feel like, with Future Fit, you’re always going to get the highest quality and most up to date knowledge.

I was brought up on group fitness. From being 4 years old I would sit in the corner of my mam’s ‘Keep Fit’ classes that she taught in the local church hall. I loved everything about it…the atmosphere, the exercises, the music and even the fashion…leotards back then!
I love stir fry!
Jane Fonda of course
I like everything, but I’m a big fan of boxing fitness. It’s as good for the mind as it is for the body!
Fitness has given me so much. Personally, it’s given me good health and well being, and professionally it’s given me the most incredible, fun, impactful and rewarding career.
I was more excited than nervous…although I think it’s always normal to feel a little nervous when you’re starting something new.
A career in fitness gives you so much. You’ll meet and help such a range of people, and it’s incredibly rewarding. A career in fitness no longer means just sticking to one role, there’s major opportunity for diversity within the industry, for example, as a PT I work with clients 1:1, both in person and online, I run small group sessions and I’ve even worked on fitness shoots with well-known sports personalities and celebrities. The sky is the limit!
I watch a lot of Spiderman cartoons with my little body who is 4, so it would great to have spider-webs!
