As an actor, a central part of Eva's life is the conscientious care of her body and mind. With nutrition and fitness playing pivotal roles that impact her work and creative imagination, she decided to study Level 3 Personal Training with Future Fit, to further her knowledge and to share her passion with others.
My name is Eva O’Hara and I’m an actor and writer from London. My career flits between film and TV (recently playing the character Verity on Hollyoaks) to theatre performances and script writing. I love having the chance to try out different creative skills within my industry, constantly finding new inspiration and joy for storytelling. An integral part of my life and creativity has been taking great care of my mind and body. Nutrition and fitness have played key roles in my life, motivating and influencing my work and imagination.
Since the world was flung into isolation and uncertainty I have truly learnt the importance of a healthy mind. I reach this through my ever building knowledge of nutrition and my ongoing passion for sport.
I have recently starting working with the wonderful Third Space who have seen my keen eye for fitness and my enthusiasm to share this love with others. They have inspired me to begin my journey in instructing and personal training.
I study with Future Fit because I love to see a personalised approach when it comes to health and fitness. Their attention to detail, ongoing support and encouragement in my journey has been so humbling.

I know how much good food and fitness regime can transform a person’s life. I love the unifying nature of sport and the satisfaction of achieving goals within the area of fitness I choose. I wish to impart my knowledge and passion for healthy living with those around me.
A Thai curry- the hotter the better!
I always like to channel the fire of a character like Katniss Everdeen, particularly on a day where I need that little bit more motivation to get training done!
My favourites change day to day. The workouts I gravitate towards tend to be strength and conditioning type, so lots of EMOMS and AMRAPS. I’m currently, however, learning how to kickbox so that is my current obsession.
I don’t know where I would be without fitness, it has always been a core aspect of my life. I was a dedicated swimmer as a child, training twice a day and spending many a weekend at galas with my teammates. I believe this commitment and drive is why I now find joy in all things sport- fitness was my first love.
My excitement definitely overrode my nerves. Future Fit have ensured that I feel confident and ready to take on the material and knowledge needed for my courses.
Follow the endorphins. Remember why you were drawn to fitness in the first place and your feet will follow! It is such a vibrant industry, full of opportunities and exciting ventures, why wouldn’t you want to be a part of it?
I’d say superhuman strength but I like to think with enough training I might get close, so it’s gotta be invisibility…
