I have always loved sports, and my husband was a pro athlete; we have a cycling lifestyle company, and I run the Sporting Experiences area of it in Cataluna.
A few years ago, an MRI showed Chondromalacia grade 4 in my knees. I was told I would never run again. I looked into it hard, hit the gym, and stopped running. And through specific gym work, I am now 100% pain-free. Running and competing again are all done through strength training.
All of that has inspired me to train as a PT and strength and condition coach to help others.
You have to love being with people to be the best motivator. You must love watching people achieve and smash their goals and enjoy their rides.

I have always been obsessed with sports, and not just one, but many. Cycling, running, swimming, and sporting adventures with friends are where I am happiest.
Due to my MRI diagnosis (mentioned above) and the amazing results I have had ‘just’ from working hard in the gym, I decided to start my Fitness Professional journey so I could help others.
So far, so good! I am loving the course. I am signed up for almost everything on offer. I have to study part-time, but I couldn’t love it more. I have made friends at every workshop I have been to too!
I am proud of taking on the new journey at this stage in my life (I am 42yrs old). I am proud of the response I have had from people who are keen to train with me already and are inspired to get fit.
I am proud when a client keeps coming back saying, ‘I need you’. I love helping others on their fitness journey, whatever level it may be.
I love food, and I love cooking. I love a ‘throw everything together’ time of dish. When you have lots of leftovers and the fridge needs to be emptied… You get the best meals like that. But if I actually had to choose a dish, it would be sticky soy salmon with asparagus, broccoli, noodles, chills etc. etc.

My step-mum trained with Future Fit over 20 years ago, and she was one of the people who encouraged me to take the leap. I love that I am doing this with the same company she did it with all those years ago.
I would love to go and explore Scandinavia.
