I am gathering all of the knowledge I can right now to lead into working as a Personal Trainer from August; my overall target will always be to fulfil my potential and be the best!

I have been interested in bettering myself physically and mentally for the last five years now, my ideal career has always been in fitness, and I think it’s great how you can see your own flaws and improve in those areas.
The courses are great at covering everything I need to know with certain modules; I am currently undertaking a Level 3 PT Course, which will then lead to a Level 4 PT course right after.
I was surprised at the in-depth knowledge there was in each area of the course
I am proud of not only how I have changed my body physically in a positive manner but also learning way more than I ever thought I could along the way.
My favourite food to cook would be lentils, with steak mince and a mixture of vegetables.
