I am a recently qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, specialising in Pre and Post-Natal Fitness.
As a Mummy of two, I know all the struggles of finding the time to exercise whilst looking after my family. I found the main barrier was lack of time and childcare, so I decided to become a Buggyfit Trainer, as you simply bring your baby or toddler to class with you.
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and believe everyone should be able to experience and enjoy exercise without having to rely on previous fitness levels.
Whether you have never worked out, are interested in getting back into fitness, or are a regular gym goer – I have the right workout for you! I am happy to adapt or progress each exercise as and when needed to ensure you always have a challenging but fun and effective workout!
In addition to my Personal Training qualification, I also have a degree in Food and Consumer Science, so I will be more than happy to offer you tailored advice on healthy eating.
My advice would be to just 'go for it'. If you have an inkling that this is something you want to pursue, then there is really no going back. It is a rewarding career path, and I cannot wait to progress further with my training.

I have always been interested in health and fitness, being the only sixth former at my school to take Home Economics as an A-Level back in 2005.
I graduated from University in 2008 with a 2.1 in Food and Consumer Science. I was so absorbed in food and nutrition it took me a while to realise my true love for exercise and the ability to move my body. In 2015, I discovered my passion for fitness and working out after I joined the gym and participated in a variety of fitness classes. I caught the fitness bug!
I loved how my body felt during and after exercise and greatly enjoyed getting stronger with my workouts.
In 2020, once the pandemic hit, I realised how much I relied on exercise for my physical and mental well-being. During the lockdown, when we were only allowed to exercise once a day for 30 minutes, I decided to join Future Fit and pursue my career as a Personal Trainer.
After having my first baby, I knew I wanted to specialise in Pre and Post Natal fitness. There is not enough information for women at this special stage in their lives.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of training with Future Fit so far, and am looking forward to continuing my qualifications to a Level 4.
I am most proud of learning and gaining my pre and post-natal qualification whilst pregnant with my 2nd baby. It made the learning make so much sense and gave everything so much more purpose.
My favourite thing to cook is a delicious stir fry. There are such wide varieties to make, and the cooking is generally very quick.
My advice would be to just ‘go for it’. If you have an inkling that this is something you want to pursue, then there is no going back. It is a rewarding career path, and I cannot wait to progress further with my training.
I love the community aspect of Future Fit, being able to ask questions on the Facebook groups and building up friendships during the in-person workshops.
I would absolutely love to go back to the Maldives, where my husband and I had our honeymoon back in 2016. I would love to take our two girls (aged 1 and 4).
