Diploma Overview
The Personal Trainer Diploma is an internationally recognised programme of study that will give you the theory and practical skills you will need to become a successful Personal Trainer. It is a combination of e-learning, practical courses (held at centres throughout the UK), case studies and assessments. By taking this diploma you will receive the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Exercise, Health and Fitness Instruction (Future Fit Training).
Choosing the Personal Trainer Diploma gives you the perfect foundation to begin your career as a Personal Trainer. Following your training you will be multi-skilled and able to:
• set up your own Personal Training business or work as a Personal Trainer in a gym
• provide clients with sound nutritional information and advice
• set up and facilitate weight management clinics.

This means that you can continue to work while you study, and learn at a pace that suits you. Throughout your diploma, we also assign you one of our dedicated Training Co-ordinators who will be there to help you plan and structure your study to fit your needs and circumstances.
You don’t need any previous experience to start this diploma; we’ve designed it to give you all the training you need from beginning to end. We strongly recommend that all fitness professionals obtain some Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training, especially for trainers that are not planning to work in leisure centres or health clubs.
