Advanced Personal Trainer Diploma

I'm a member of the British bobsleigh team and an adrenaline junkie. I love the feeling of throwing myself down a tunnel of ice at speeds of up to 95 miles per hour in a toboggan, just inches off the ground - it's like being in the biggest, fastest rollercoaster in the world, but nothing's holding you in!

I always had a huge interest in the physiology of the mind and body and have always taken on the motivational role when working within a team. I decided to go into nursing at the age of 17 and studied for 3 years only to realise that I couldn't function properly in such an environment. I took the Advanced Personal Trainer Diploma and I would recommend it without a doubt. I was impressed by the standard of training and the tutors are so passionate about their subject. I found the Future Fit website and details of the Advanced Personal Trainer course, and after discussing the details with my Careers Advisor, I decided to enrol on the course and make fitness and heath a priority in my life and my new career. It has now been over a year and I’ve never looked back.
